Refund & Return Policy

1. Your right to return

You may return a product within 10 days of the day you receive it, for any reason, as provided by Lebanese consumer-protection law. The 10 days start on the day after delivery.

2. Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories and labels.
• Keep your order confirmation or invoice; it is your proof of purchase.
• Hygiene and personal-care items that have been opened, and items customised for you, cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Bundles are returned as a whole; individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

3. How to request a return

• Signed-in customers: open My Account → Orders, select the order and choose "Request a return". You can do this once the order is marked delivered.
• Guest orders: contact us by email info@proteinwarehouselb.com, phone +961 81 133 589, the contact form at https://proteinwarehouselb.com/contact with your order number.
• We confirm your request and the return method within 2 business days. Unless the item is defective or not what you ordered, the cost of returning it is yours, and we may arrange courier pick-up at the standard delivery charge.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and check the returned item we refund the price paid for it within 14 days.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you name, or in cash through our courier, whichever you prefer.
• Bank-transfer orders are refunded to the account the payment came from.
• Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, ideally with a photo. We collect the item at our cost and send a replacement, or refund the full price including any delivery charge, as you prefer. Defects that appear later are covered by the legal warranty and any manufacturer warranty shown on the product page.

6. Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched free of charge. Orders that were paid by bank transfer are refunded in full to the same account.
